Years of expertise you can enjoy, as soon as you enter the Sport Mitterer building, as our shop is also the headquarter of the Skiszene Altenberger ski school.

PURE COMPETENCE

It was the year 1952, when the Leogang born ski pioneer Sepp Altenberger did his own thing and founded the Altenberger ski school. Apparently, he has already realized that one day, the Leogang region will become part of Austria's largest ski resort. Until today, the Skiszene Altenberger has grown to the largest ski school in the entire region around Leogang. The well educated and trained ski- & snowboard instructors combine more than 60 years of experience and can guarantee great achievements in specialized ski- & snowboard lessons.

AT THE PULSE OF TIME

The Skiszene Altenberger has a long tradition in Leogang. Which does not mean, the instructors work with antiquated methods, quite the contrary. 60-years of experience are joined with the latest teaching techniques and instructing methods. The ski- & snowboard instructors, who work at the Skiszene Altenberger, are from all around the world, just like our guests. They have to pass high standard trainings and education programs, in order to teach you the most beautiful sport in the world.
